What stood out to me was that many clinic owners were being sold tactics without context. Websites were rebuilt without improving bookings. Marketing was run without understanding patient behaviour. Advice was given without accountability.


Digital Roads was created to be different. I wanted to build a practice that prioritised clarity, transparency and real results, helping clinic owners understand what they are investing in and why.
